About Me

I’ve been working as a mental health counselor in Washington State since 2019, supporting clients as they navigate trauma, stress, and life transitions. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Herbal Medicine and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Bastyr University. My background in natural health shapes the way I approach therapy—seeing healing as something that involves the whole person, not just symptoms.

My work is informed by both professional training and personal experience with trauma. This allows me to approach therapy with deep respect for how trauma lives in the body and nervous system, and for the courage it takes to seek support. I strive to create a space that feels safe, steady, and collaborative—where you don’t have to explain or minimize your experience.
I’m drawn to this work because it feels meaningful and deeply human. Therapy, for me, is about slowing down, building trust, and helping you better understand yourself with compassion rather than judgment.

I’ve lived in the Pacific Northwest my entire life and feel most grounded when I’m outdoors. Outside of the therapy room, you’ll often find me in the garden, crafting herbal teas and natural products, reading, or spending time with my partner and our pets.
